Dr. Stephen Harrison
Chairman & Dean
Born in the UK, has lived in Malaysia, Holland, Africa and Spain. He is a former naval officer and airline pilot and has a PhD in Management as well as an MBAs specializing in Marketing and another in Digital Business.
Master in Digital Marketing & Social Media. Highly experienced international digital marketing consultant. Fluent in French, English Arabic and Spanish

Dr. Steve Mallon
Director of Research
Dr. Steve Mallon, originally from the UK, is a passionate educator with decades of experience in the field. He firmly believes in the power of education to transform everyone involved in it and to create opportunities and better lives for all.
BSc in Economics, MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics. Has a wide range of experience in Stockbroking, Economic Research, and Teaching.

Dr. Gursel Ilipinar
Born in Turkey, Dr. Gursel Ilipianar has worked and lived in Istanbul, Atlanta, Jakarta, Bali and Barcelona. He obtained his MBA in Marketing & Information Systems from Georgia State University, in Atlanta, USA and his PhD in Marketing & Design Driven Innovation from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. He is specialized on branding, design, innovation and entrepreneurship. His research revolves around design thinking and design-oriented companies with a concentration on the interface between branding and design. He has extensive experience in services sector, particularly in education, telecom, insurance and banking.
Dr. Mike Magallón

Professor, specialized in finance, economics, strategy, marketing and business administration. Focused in practical teachings, using his working experience and research practice as a pedagogic model. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Denis is an experienced CFO, Member of the Board, and Professor of Digital Transformation, Finance, and Innovation. He holds an Executive MBA Degree from IESE Business School. He has an impressive track record: as the CFO, Denis led a company from startup to €300M business. He has extensive experience in online marketplace platforms and digital intelligence companies. Fluent in Russian, English and Spanish.
Professor Victor Alves has developed his career in multicultural environments. He has a background in the exact and social sciences, which has allowed her to understand how to apply both sciences in his professional career.
Experience in business environments, aimed at satisfying a service- and product-oriented demand. This knowledge has allowed him to apply different strategies in many functional areas, especially in Marketing, Sales and Operations, Financial.
Eduardo holds a Law Degree issued by Universidad Monteávila, and a MBA Major in Education, Management and Leadership issued by Geneva Business School. Dr. Muganda Munir Manini
Dr. Muganda Munir is a Senior Lecturer of Finance and holds a PhD in Finance and Accounting and is a Chartered Public Accountant with more than 10 years’ experience and the proven ability to increase profits, minimize financial risk and strengthen market positions through the use of financial analytics.
Dr. Munir has extensive Public sector consultancy experience gained from projects funded by European Union, UNESCO/UNEVOC, Germany Development Bank (KFW), Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD).
Dr. Patrick Loh
Dr. Loh received his Ph.D from the University of Sunderland (UK) in a cross-disciplinary area (Global IT mngt., Marketing and education), and Master of Commerce from the University of Strathclyde (Scotland) and professional qualifications in management, marketing, and communication studies from the U.K.
Dr. Patrick Loh has a total of about 25 years of experience spanning various fields in
marketing, consulting, publishing, training and business, including about 12 years in the
academia, and managing the operations of professional educational institutions in business management and hospitality programs in Singapore.
Susana is a business Consultant & Facilitator specialized in Talent Evaluation, Development and Training. Founder of Aprofitalents. The promotion of responsible Leadership is her mission. Master in Human Resource Management, Master in Marketing & Sales Management, Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management. Bilingual in Spanish and Catalan, proficiency in English.
Jonathan has worked as a management consultant for more than 20 years and has been involved in large scale projects within companies such as British Telecom, Neste Oil, ICI, Unilever, Outokumpu and Gillette. He is an international advisory board member responsible for organisational development for the Ghana based charity OAfrica which works to strengthen and empower poor families and he is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the charity The Mankind Project UK and Ireland (MKPUK&I) which works to safeguard and improve men’s mental well-being
B.Comm, Msc in Economics and Public Policy Management, ACA and MA in Applied Linguistics. After 4 years leading audits on pharmaceutical companies namely, Boston Scientific and Allergan, Shirley moved to Barcelona to pursue her passion for both business and teaching. Over the past ten years she has worked with executives in EY, Aguirre Newman, Ordesa, Damm, FCBarcelona, Maersk and
Maxim among others, giving them the practical tools to excel in their field. She also has a wide range of experience teaching at third level and speaks English, Spanish, French and Irish.
Dr. Kay Winkler
Dr. Kay Winkler is an experienced business consultant specialized in the automation and
digitization of processes. He has worked with more than 80 renowned companies in more than 18 countries. He holds a PhD in Business Administration and Economics.
He has authored several books and publications such as: “Intelligent Automation: Rules, Relationships and Robots”, “Intelligent Adaptability” or “BPM in Financial Services” among many others. He currently works as Vice President Chapter Services for the Association of Business Process Management.
Entrepreneur, Marketing Fanatic and Multicultural, Laura is an American-Spanish professional
with a Master’s Degree in Marketing from EADA Business School in Barcelona, a Bachelor’s
Degree in Media Studies from the City University of New York at Queens College and a
Regent’s Degree in Technology and the Liberal Arts from Brooklyn Tech, New York. Laura
successfully launched a service-based business specialized in a niche market back in 2007 and
turned it into a leading company in the local industry, with Clients from around the world
seeking her services. She is now a marketing and business consultant, higher education
professor and mentor.
Willem van Rossem
Willem van Rossem has ample international experience in management positions, ranging from quality assurance and operations management in the hospitality industry, including Disneyland Paris, France, Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando, USA and Huis Ten Bosch Resort, Nagasaki, Japan. Willem speaks six languages. He was part of the opening team of the first resort hotel of the Port Aventura theme park in Spain andDolce Hotels & Resorts in Barcelona.
Currently, he manages GUESTCONNECTION, a hospitality consulting company and has provided training, quality assurance and consulting solutions to hotels, and cruise lines in Spain, Morocco and Ecuador, including Taj Hotels & Palaces and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
