Bensson Samuel

Faculty

A versatile specialist in Health Care, Public Health, Business, Education, and Leadership, Prof. Bensson Samuel is an accomplished entrepreneur and pioneer with a progressive industry background. His decisive leadership style is complemented by strategic planning abilities and a forward-thinking mindset. With a diverse background encompassing clinical training in primary care, internal medicine, critical care, and health care finance, he also holds expertise in human rights and international business law.

Prof. Samuel has held pivotal roles across various institutions and organizations, including serving as the Founder and Director of Belgrovia Institute of Management Science. He has contributed significantly as a US Army Major, volunteering medical service in addiction medicine at Great Lakes Recovery, and holds esteemed positions as a Professor and Chancellor at different educational institutions.

Prof. Samuel’s educational journey includes a Doctor of Medicine from Poznan University of Medical Science, various postgraduate diplomas and certificates in Medicine, Accident and Emergency, Health Care Management, and several management and leadership diplomas from renowned universities globally. He is certified by multiple boards and associations in Internal Medicine, Neurocritical Care, and holds a Certified Physician Executive title, among others.

His extensive body of work includes numerous publications in prestigious journals covering a wide array of medical topics, showcasing his expertise and contributions to the field. Prof. Samuel has authored books on Cancer Awareness, Emergency Medicine, and Micro to Macro Economics.

Andrew Charalambous is an award winning London-based property entrepreneur. Passionate about social enterprise and philanthropy,  he is patron of the Lambros Charalambous Christian Orphanage, and Honorary President of the Orthodox College of Africa and Patriarchal Ecclesiastical School of Kenya.  Andrew recently completed a HE Cert Philosophy at Oxford University.  In addition, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, Chartered Management Institute, Royal Society of Arts, and Institute of Administrative Management. Moreover, he was appointed a research professor, by the prestigious distance education department of Periyar University in 2020.  Andrew was called as a Barrister-at-Law,  of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, and has an LLB Law Degree, from Queen Mary, University of London..

Jonathan Hooker

Michael King

Faculty

Prof. Michael King, originally from Boston, boasts a diverse academic background with degrees from the University of Massachusetts, Columbia University School of Public Health, and Harvard Graduate School of Design. He began his healthcare journey in New York City, specializing in emergency medical management and overseeing critical events like John Lennon’s tragedy at Roosevelt Medical Center. His career expanded to leadership roles, directing emergency services across 14 cities in Northern California and contributing to disaster response teams for major calamities worldwide.

With expertise in hospital administration and a record of constructing multiple ambulatory care facilities across six states, Prof. King’s influence spans globally, providing management solutions across various countries. Notably, as COO of a urology practice, his innovative “advanced prostate cancer program” not only enhanced patient care but also increased practice revenue by $2.7 million.

Now serving as a faculty professor and advisor at the Swiss School of Business Research, Prof. King is dedicated to guiding students through their academic journey, drawing on his extensive experience to create a collaborative and impactful learning environment.

Fionda Williams Brock is an accomplished public health leader and educator, currently serving as the Chief Health Officer at Zara Wellness, LLC. In her role, she provides strategic direction to healthcare providers, Indigenous agencies, and organizations across the USA, Panama, Spain, and Switzerland. Fionda’s work focuses on launching initiatives aimed at improving public health outcomes in underserved communities, advocating for accreditation, and advancing key legislation that enhances health services for vulnerable populations. Her dedication to improving the quality of care has made a significant impact on public health practices globally.

With a strong background in nursing, public health, and community advocacy, Fionda has been instrumental in developing culturally responsive care plans and enhancing policy development in child welfare and health systems. As President of the Midwifery Education Accreditation Council, she secured the largest grant in the organization’s history, furthering her commitment to maternal and infant health in disadvantaged communities. Fionda’s diverse educational credentials, including a PhD in Clinical Osteopathic Rehabilitation and a Doctorate in Naprapathy, combined with her practical experience, have solidified her reputation as a transformative leader dedicated to advancing health equity, inclusion, and social justice.

Dr. Muganda Munir is a Senior Lecturer of Finance and holds a PhD in Finance and Accounting and is a Chartered Public Accountant with more than 10 years’ experience and the proven ability to increase profits, minimize financial risk and strengthen market positions through the use of financial analytics.
Dr. Munir has extensive Public sector consultancy experience gained from projects funded by European Union, UNESCO/UNEVOC, Germany Development Bank (KFW), Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD).

Richard Crawley

Miray Zaki is a Managing Director at Gulf Capital leading on sustainability and North African investments. She’s also a Managing Director at the Dismatrix Group which focuses on tech and food sustainability (through its Planthesis fund) in the US & Europe.

Prior to that, she was the first ever female Chief Investment officer of a leading endowment in the Middle East, the Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable & Humanitarian Foundation, after a decade as a senior investment professional with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).

Managing investments totaling over $18 billion over the last 15 years, she currently sits on the boards of Mathew Kenney Cuisine (US), The Vurger Co (UK), Beau’s Gelato (UK), and others.

Miray is a twice-nominated Top 100 Most Influential Women in Finance by Dow Jones Financial News for both 2015 and 2016, and an award-winning Fulbright Scholar.

 She has an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the American University in Cairo, and she obtained her CFA Charter in 2010.

He is an international advisory board member responsible for organisational development for the Ghana based charity OAfrica which works to strengthen and empower poor families and he is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the charity The Mankind Project UK and Ireland (MKPUK&I) which works to safeguard and improve men’s mental well-being

Dr. Eugene Seah, boasts over 25 years of expertise in Sustainability, Cost and Contracts Management, Digital Technology, and Construction Law. He has led projects across commercial, educational, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors, emphasizing sustainable design. Formerly teaching at the National University of Singapore, Dr. Seah is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Taylor’s University, Malaysia.

He currently holds key roles including President of Building Smart Singapore and Senior Vice Chairman of the International Cost Engineering Council. His leadership extends to the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers, RICS, and the Society of Project Managers. Beyond his professional commitments, Dr. Seah actively contributes to the community, chairing the National Youth Achievement Award Council and participating in educational advisory roles. His career reflects a dedication to innovation, education, and community service.

He holds in a Doctor of Business Administration at ESGCI, Paris, and a PhD at the Technology University of the Shannon, Ireland, Dr. Murray is exploring strategic frameworks that drive successful technological integration in various sectors. His academic prowess is matched by his professional roles, including his position as an Innovation Officer and ICT Project Manager at A2iHids Health Service Executive, where he has spearheaded significant improvements in service delivery through advanced technological solutions. Dr. Murray’s leadership extends to founding Ainexus.world, a think tank fostering ethical AI development, and directing Flashost Ltd, which revolutionizes e-commerce platforms. His published works on business enterprise architecture further cement his status as a leading figure in business and technology integration.

Andreas Karaoulanis is an experienced professional with more than 25 years, in several industries in C-suit and managerial positions. His professional presence can be pinpointed in several countries in Europe, Asia and America. He also is an academic with several years of experiences teaching in different universities and colleges, both online and on campus in Greece, UAE, Switzerland, Lithuania. He conducted research with several universities in the USA, Sweden, Greece, India, Bangladesh. He is the author of 5 books with a well-known US and a German publishing houses. He is an international speaker with presence in several countries. His published work has been read in more than 150 countries. His studies include a DBA in business, a PhD in business management, a MBA in industrial management and economics, a MSc in decision support and risk analysis, a MSc in engineering, a Bachelor’s in engineering.

Dr. Patrick Loh has a total of about 25 years of experience spanning various fields in
marketing, consulting, publishing, training and business, including about 12 years in the academia, and managing the operations of professional educational institutions in business management and hospitality programs in Singapore.

Cillian formerly taught 3D in Architecture in English to aspiring architects at Fuzhou University of Technology and is Passionate about the industry.

Dr. Amos William Omolo is an accomplished expert in international business, strategy, economic, and commercial law, specializing in strategic legal and business counsel for globally operating organizations. His expertise includes cross-border transactions, international trade law, foreign investment, regulatory compliance, policy analysis, digital economics, IT law, and dispute resolution. He excels in contract negotiation, risk management, and aligning operations with diverse legal frameworks.

Dr. Omolo serves as Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Universal Service Advisory Council in Kenya, shaping inclusive communication policies. His consulting work with esteemed organizations such as the International Finance Corporation, USAID, IDLO, the UK Foreign Office, and the ICC’s World Business Law Institute has deepened his insight into global business and legal systems.
